Heartwood 2010
The Heartwood project, an annual project now in its third year, brings together both Scottish and international visual artists for a site-specific, contemporary exhibition set in a rural woodland at Monkquell in Blairgowrie, Perthshire. The exhibition engages with a wide public audience and is open from 11 ? 19 September to coincide with the Perthshire Open Studios.

Black Isle Messiah follow-up postponed until 2011
The voluntary team which organised last year?s sell-out Black Isle Messiah at the Black Isle Leisure Centre in Fortrose has just announced that the follow-up for this hot-ticket event will now take place in 2011, with a taster event at Easter and the full workshop weekend in November.

Edderton Craft Fair - Call to Makers
A craft fair is being held at Edderton Village Hall, Ross-shire on Saturday 13th November 2010 and the organisers are putting a call out to makers of hand-crafted goods who would like to particiapte in this event.

Working with the new generation in Mid Argyll Pipe Band
Following on from the rehearsal programme that led to both the Mid Argyll Collection book launch event and the unique random Aspekts project, Wild Biscuit have been working with MAPB throughout the summer on a new live performance set which premiers at the Broadisland Gathering on September 4th.
